Privacy Policy
Protecting your data privacy and security is of paramount importance to us. This policy outlines what information we collect about you, and how we use, share, and manage this data. This policy also outlines your choices regarding this data. Please read carefully.
What We Collect and Why
We collect your data in a variety of ways, including when you choose to share data with us, when you shop with us or use our digital platforms, and from our affiliates and partners. Regardless of how we acquire your data, we will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
How We Share Your Data
We will not and will not transfer your information to third parties in exchange for money. However, we may transfer personal information to certain third parties in order to conduct business (e.g., promoting our products and services). Although we do not exchange data for money, the laws of some states may define this as "selling" data.
We respect and safeguard your information. Therefore, we will comply with all applicable laws regarding data collection, use, and transfer.
We may share your data with our affiliates, service providers, certain third parties, and where necessary as required by law.
Service Providers/Data Processors A service provider is a partner who has agreed to use your data solely for the performance of services under our contracts and has agreed not to “sell” your data. We may share your data with our service providers/data processors as described below.
Third Parties. A third party is a non-affiliated company that has not agreed to use your data solely for the performance of services under our contracts and has not agreed not to “sell” your data. For example, they may need to use this data directly to provide you with services beyond the scope of our contracts with them (such as your credit card company). We only share your data with “third parties” as permitted by applicable law.
“Personal Data” and Anonymous Information. We collect and maintain “personal data” and anonymized data. “Personal data” refers to information that can identify you or can be reasonably associated with or linked to you. Anonymized information refers to data that cannot be associated with you and cannot be reasonably associated with you.
How We Protect Your Data
Your data privacy and security are of paramount importance to us. We employ digital and physical security measures and process controls to protect your data. We encrypt and anonymize data to the greatest extent possible. Even within the company, we restrict access to your data as much as possible.
We need your help to protect your data! If your account requires a password and you've shared it with a friend, it will be very difficult for us to protect your data. You also shouldn't use the same password on multiple websites or applications. This significantly reduces the security of your data, and it will be much harder for us to protect you from data breaches by others. We offer a passwordless account login feature to help protect your account. To use passwordless login, visit your online account and follow the steps to add your phone number to your profile. This will deactivate your password and allow you to log in using a one-time verification code. For more information, please visit our Help & FAQ page for information on account login.
Scammers are cunning! They may impersonate us to trick you into providing them with your data. Please do not fall for this scam; we will never ask for your password via email, online chat, phone, or in person.
Advertising on other websites: We want to communicate with you in the way that best suits you. We may share your contact information with other companies to contact you through their websites or social media channels. If you choose to provide your data directly to others (such as Google or Facebook), their rules apply, not ours. We sometimes place advertisements on other websites. You may see these ads even if we do not share (or hold) your data. We cannot always control how they serve our ads.
Minors: Under 13 years old. We do not wish to and will not knowingly collect any data from persons under the age of 13. If we discover that we have collected any such data, we will take all reasonable steps to delete that information and will not use it for any purpose (unless required or permitted by law, or necessary to protect the safety of the child or others). If you discover that we have collected any personal information from a child under the age of 13, please contact us to request the deletion of their data provided through our website. Please note that while we will make reasonable efforts to meet such requests, deleting your data does not guarantee the complete and thorough removal of that data from all systems.
Do Not Track (DNT): DNT is a privacy preference that users can set in some web browsers, allowing users to choose not to be tracked by websites and online services. Currently, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has not established a universal standard for identifiable DNT signals, therefore we do not recognize DNT signals.
