Returns and Exchanges for Online Orders


To return or exchange items on our website, please follow these simple steps:


1. Find the Order Number


If you have an account, please log in and go to "Order History". Select the order you wish to return or exchange, and then click "View Details". Next, click the "Create Return/Exchange" button - now you can begin processing your return/exchange! Don't have an account yet? You can find visitor orders and orders received as gifts by viewing "Order Status".

2. Print the Return Label


After creating your return/exchange, please follow the instructions to print the prepaid return label. Once completed, you will receive an email containing tracking information and a copy of the return label for future reference.


3. Attach the Return Label


Next, prepare the package you want to send back to us. Place your item inside and seal it securely with tape. Be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and affix the new return label to the package. All done! Simply arrange for the carrier specified on your shipping label to pick up or deliver the package from any authorized location. If you are returning items from multiple orders, please submit a return request for all items and include the receipt, packing list, or order confirmation email for each order in the package.


Return labels are only required for orders shipped to the continental United States and do not incur additional shipping fees. Most mail-in returns will incur a $5 restocking fee. Return processing takes approximately 1-2 weeks. Once processing is complete, we will send you a refund notification, and the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 1-3 business days.


Please note: The warehouse is not responsible for non-company-purchased items returned due to error.


4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please ensure you return the item you wish to exchange within 30 days to avoid charges. Your exchange order will be processed within 1-2 weeks.
